#BLM in the Workplace
The following page contains some resources and information for both employers and employees about racial justice in the workplace. Often our conversations around race in our professional lives center more around HR protocols or one-off diversity trainings, rather than ongoing dialogue and deeper engagement with racial justice. The growing dialogue around Black Lives Matter has sparked more efforts to deepen the diversity conversation in the workplace to include how to support employees of all races after incidents of racial violence, and how to confront racial microaggressions in the workplace. Additionally, economic justice activists are also pointing to ongoing racial disparities in wages, professional development, and career advancement and outcomes in our workforce.
